What is a subscription box?

A subscription box is a recurring, physical delivery of niche-oriented products to the subscriber. The box is packaged as an experience and designed to offer additional value on top of the actual retail products contained in a box.

What is OH MY DOG box?

OH MY DOG is a subscription box that includes treats, toys, accessories and chew for you lovely pup. After you subscribed to one of our plans (1, 3 or 6 months), we will ship out the box on the 19th of each month and should arrive to your doorstep within 3-6 business days.

How do I join OH MY DOG box?

To join the subscription, click Get Started on any page, and it will lead you to filling in a short profile description of your dog, choosing a plan and checking out. It will take less than 30 seconds to complete the subscription.

What if my dog have certain food allergies? Do you have a box for dogs with allergies?

Yes, we sure do! When you create your dog profile during the checkout process, you can input the allergies that your dog has, and we will do our best to avoid those products for your dog.

Where are the products from?

OH MY DOG is dedicated to provide the highest quality and premium products for your beloved ones. Most of our products are sourced from the U.S.A., Australia and New Zealand. If you have any question about the product you received, you can contact us for more information.

How do I know which monthly box am I getting?

Our cut off time for each month’s box is 19th of each month. If your order is placed between 20th - 31st of that month, you will be receiving your box next month.

Send As A Gift Question

How does it work, when I decide to subscribe to send as a gift?

Every subscription or one time product purchase can be easily be sent as a gift by simply clicking the gifting checkbox on the checkout page. The gift giver will be responsible for the payment and inputting the gift receiver’s address. If the gift is a subscription, the customer will also be given the option of receiving a reminder email before the subscription renews (which is sent 3 days prior to the renewal date).

Billing Questions

How much does Oh My Dog box cost?

OH MY DOG box has 3 monthly plans. 1 month plan: $400/month for one box. 3 months plan: $370 for one box. 6 months plan: $350/month for one box. The plan auto renews every month after your plan expires. If you wish not to continue subscribe, you can cancel anytime at your account.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the 3rd of each month depending on the length of your subscription. Your plan will automatically renew on the 3rd of the month following the last delivery of your current plan (not to worry, you can cancel the upcoming renewal at anytime).

So, for example, if you bought a 3 month subscription in May, we will only be billing you for each additional month after July. You can cancel your subscription anytime after July.

Shipping Questions

What’s the delivery time for the monthly box?

After you subscribed to one of our plans (1, 3 or 6 months), we will ship out the box on the 19th of each month and should arrive to your doorstep within 3-6 business days.

Do you do international shipping?

Currently, we are only serving in Hong Kong. International order will be coming soon.

Are there shipping fees?

No there is no shipping fee. All orders are free shipping within Hong Kong, but free shipping won’t be applied to remote islands of Hong Kong.

Help! My Oh My Dog box hasn’t arrived yet!

Oh no! We ship around the 19th of the month, so you should receive your OH MY DOG box within 3-5 business days. If your box doesn’t arrive by then, send us an email at orders@ohmydogbox.com.hk and we will do our best to get your dog their OH MY DOG box.

Updating and Managing Your Subscription

How do I manage my subscription?

The manage your subscription, here is how:

  1. Log in to your OH MY DOG account
  2. After logged in, you will have an overview of your subscription, account setting, shipping address and payment method
  3. Click Edit of the setting that you want to change
  4. Follow the steps to update your account

How to cancel your subscription?

We hate to see you leave! But if you have to, here’s how:

  1. Log in to your OH MY DOG account
  2. After logged in, you will see Your Subscription(s) on the left column
  3. Click Edit, and click Cancel Subscription

Please take note: we process subscriptions and bill customer by the 3rd of each month in order to make sure we can package, label and ship by 19ths. If you cancel after the 3rd, you will still be receiving that month’s box.

How do I change my subscription?

In order to change your subscription, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your OH MY DOG account
  2. After logged in, you will see Your Subscription(s) on the left column
  3. Click Edit, and change your monthly plan, dog size (click on the dog size even if it is the same), and click Change.

If I cancel my subscription in the middle of the month, will I still get my box?

We process subscriptions and bill customer by the 3rd of each month in order to make sure we can package, label and ship by 19ths. If you cancel after the 3rd, you will still be receiving that month’s box.

Refunds

What if my dog do not like one of the product or even the whole box?

Our goal is to make every dog happy. So if your dog does not like any product inside the box, send us an email at orders@ohmydog.com.hk Our team will contact you and search for the right product to compensate you. The product will be sent to you on your next box. If your pup didn’t enjoy the entire box, let us know and we will refund your order.
